HI,

I am thinking about getting a remote starter with next car. I have two questions related to this:
Do remote starters cause any problems with the cars electronics? I intend to make use of the remote starter in the cold of winter and the heat of summer. When it's cold outside and the car is covered with ice, I intend to remotely start the car to give the heat and defroster a head start. When it's very hot, I want to have the A/C run before I get in. Are either of these use cases bad for a car?
